The All-Star Game is about a month away and voting is closed, I believe. Any thoughts/predictions on who'll be selected?

Thought we might get some good debates/arguments outta this.

If the entire AL lineup is not Yankees and Red Sox, it'll be a travesty.

Ah, nevermind. Voting is still open on mlb.com. I thought I overhead somewhere when I was watching TV that voting closed.

Why don't we have a Sox-Yankees split squad (with Ichiro as a special reserve) play the NL every year and dispense with the joke that is the AL All-Star voting?

I really hope people start voting for Mauer and Morneau. They seem to be the only two guys close enough to a Sox/Yankee player to have a chance.

And both deserve to be there ahead of their Boston counterparts.

Hamilton, Berkman, Utley, Chipper and Braun are good selections. The rest are highly questionable.
