    I should update my post.

Hey, if not f0r that 15-run 8th, the Cardinals only would have won by 6.

Dodgers get Craig Kimbrel from the White Sox for AJ Pollack. Seems like a trade of contracts but it weakens LA in the OF, especially if Bellinger continues to suck.

What it really does is clear more at-bats for Gavin Lux. As it was, they were going to have Chris Taylor start most of the time at second base. Now he can play full time in the outfield with Lux going from a super utility role to taking over second base. This is a sign of confidence in Bellinger, which could burn them, but I think he was going to play every day regardless, at least early in the season. You are right about weakening their outfield. Maybe they can still add a fourth outfielder.

They have Kevin Pillar in camp, so he probably grabs that fourth OF spot. Jake Lamb has had a solid camp, but is limited to the infield corners.

Terrible move for the Dodgers. Pollack is important like Kike was important. Can't give those kinds of players away.

Also, de Grom will never be the same de Grom. The Hall of Fame part of his career is over.

I suspect lots of Mets fans are experiencing stress reactions as well.
