Actually nothing really can happen, I don't think.

You can only get suspended if you are caught using them under current MLB rules and testing.

Well, a couple of guys who were found to have received shipments of drugs did get suspended, but both for 15 days.

But that's because they received the shipment fairly recently, right?

I don't think they can punish for using them retroactively, like 5-10 years ago. But then, I could be wrong.

A lot of names will be 'mentioned.'

How many of those mentions will be substantiated with hard evidence? Probably not too many.

The report is over 300 pages long. Most of it will not be focused on naming ballplayers.

Take me--I don't want to see Edgar's name mentioned at all, because it would confirm my reluctant suspicions.

If Miguel Tejada's not on the list, this list reeks of fail.

Since a Met rat is one of the top sources for Mitchell, I'll bet Todd Hundley, because 41 homers followed by a rapid decline was suspicious enough, and Rey Ordonez, just because it makes perfectly warped sense. There are some other Mets from that era whom I imagine were smart enough not to buy from a clubhouse dork.

The Griffey guess makes a lot of sense to me.

And it'll make my day if clemens is on there. It'll make my millenium if Jeter's on it.
