I haven't decided if I like this or not. Leaning toward "not" but willing to listen to the other side.

At least it's better than MC Stooie.

That would be like David Letterman hosting the CBS Evening News to drum up ratings for The Late Show. Well, maybe not quite like that, but I'm sure that's the general idea. Think about it: Has an analyst ever been a co-anchor for a SportsCenter show before?

The tone of this post implies that you actually think there is some journalistic merit to Sportscenter.

Whether it's pimping a movie like Pirates, or all of the poor puns made by the Chuckle Hut reject masquerading as anchors, Sportscenter jumped the shark so long ago, the shark has died of old age. Who gives a shit who is hosting it?

Good point. Didn't mean to imply there was much journalism in SportsCenter.

Hey, maybe Mike and Mike being SportsCenter anchors means they're "now."

I haven't watched SelfCenter in ages either, so ... whatever.

Does Norby get a cut of their checks? The WWL is pimping these guys like mad. And yet, I don't really see it. They remind me of any other pair of sports talk hosts across the country with the set-up guy and the pseudo-bombastic ex-jock.

Why no PTI today? I was looking forward to the British Open breakdown.
