Mike Hargrove resigns in Seattle

    As an M's fan, I liked him as the Indians' manager, too. Not since.

    I do, however, appreciate his ability to remove himself from the situation rather than go out fairly unceremoniously at the end of the season (or in Aug/Sept).

    Why as an M's fan would you have liked him as an Indians manager? We consistently beat you when he was the manager. The team has improved every year under his watch, what do you want from this guy?

    Grover may have done in his own career when he took the Orioles job. I'm sure he wanted to get back on the field ASAP, but holding out for a better offer may have been better for him in the long run.

    Hargrove should have gone after Joe Brinkman's ass for his Eric Gregg-like strike zone in Game 5, too. Great pitchers don't need any help.
