The boxing in the Olympics is a completely different sport than the pro version, with much shorter bouts.
The rugby that will be played in 2016 is sevens, with two seven-minute halves and more than one game played in a day.
Unless you want to shorten the football games to five-minute quarters, there's no way it will work.

20 years ago we blew out all other countries in basketball. Now its actually competitive.

Sure at first we'd dominate all other countries like we dominate politically, economically, militarily, culturally...etc. Thats the product of being American. But eventually you'd get some competition down the road, and that would be exciting even if we will still win gold every 4 years forever. Just because one country dominates a sport doesn't mean it shouldn't be included, by that standard curling shouldn't be in either nor speed skating.

We could probably send a high school team and beat everyone but Canada.

"There would be no doubt whatsoever which country is the toughest, most physically strongest and alpha male."

That's exciting to you? Proving through football that we are the most macho nation.
    You need help.

He needs more than help. He needs a new hobby. If he is this guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Dembo, he is a self promoter who added a Wikipedia page for himself, and he is Canadian, not American. If he is just using someone else's name on a message board, he's trying to destroy someone's reputation by acting like a slappy. Either one is likely. He's shown himself to be both a slappy and a liar.
