    Haven't had a really harsh migraine in about two years. I had been on something called Zomig for a while, but let my scrip expire. Then, weirdly, I stopped getting them. Towards the end, I also weirdly found that smoking habit seemed to help. Maybe because nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, doc? Anyway, from the time I started to notice aura, I knew I had 30 minutes before I was toast. If I smoked a couple of cogs, the migraine would last maybe two hours rather than the whole day. Weird.
