Russo could be trying to seduce Carrot Top for all I care.

McQueen and Eastwood - they don't make them like that anymore. Heck I'd settle for a younger Sam Elliott or Sam Shepherd.

McQueen's Mustang in "Bullitt" was 10 times cooler than his shades in "The Thomas Crown Affair." That is all.

I laughed out loud at that.

So you think that you are about to have a mid-life crisis and to counter it, want a pair of sunglasses.

    I am stunned.

You should be trying to by the car McQueen drove pictured three messages above.

    1. I saw the BlueBlockers guy at Venice Beach back in 1996.
    2. Paying $200-$500 for non-prescription sunglasses is absurd.
    3. Paul Newman > Steve McQueen

I loved McQueen's last movie, The Hunter. Always thought it was funny that McQueen, who so often played characters known for their driving prowess, played a guy who could never park that massive car he drove in that movie.

Newman had more time to compile his career stats.

If you're just going from '65 to '80 - I'll take McQueen. Wish those guys made a racing movie together - that would have been something.
Cincinnati Kid was better than The Hustler
The Great Escape was better than Cool Hand Luke
    Bullitt was better than Harper

We are also comparing Magic and Bird.

    Both were pretty freeking good.

Cincinanti Kid was a great fucking movie.

Amazing exchange between McQueen and Edward G. Robinson:

"How the hell did you know I didn't have the king or the ace?"

"I recollect a young man putting the same question to Eddie the Dude. "Son," Eddie told him, "all you paid was the looking price. Lessons are extra."
