Michie Stadium + Army Football

    Have endured a couple of the all time monsoon games in the history of modern football (including the A. J. Duhe Fish/Jet AFC championship classic), am in no hurry to endure another.

    My high water mark for weather is a tie between OJ 2000 yds and Joe Washington Monday game.

    They were giving away tickets outside the Orange Bowl in '82. A remarkable spectacle.

    I did watch Army / Air Force in a driving rain at Michie when Dee Dowis was QB for AF. I love that stadium in any weather.

    I sat in one of the two one-story suites in the first photo in my only game there. Maggie Dixon, who had just been hired, and her parents were in the same box. Someday I will go back on a nice day.
