Not so much on your answer here. The reader can certainly choose not to read it. But for news other than Michelle Wie, one needed to rely on LPGA.com or the USwomensopen.com site all of last week to get additional news. The Dallas Morning News had 8 or so as a "gamer" and just as much if not more on Michelle Wie. No notes on other players, etc. and these were wire stories.

Star-Telegram had similar coverage. And these are the only two game in town. So I cancel my subscription and then I'm reduced to the news that the LPGA and USGA wants us to read. But, I'm getting used to it...it's the wave of the future. No in depth coverage of the reaction of other players on Wie and believe me, there are plenty of women out there that have a whole lot to say.
