Michael Jackson's prosthetic nose?

I know we need another MJ thread like we need a hole in the head, but ...

So I just got the new Rolling Stone, and the lede to the Michael Jackson story talks about how his prosthetic nose was missing in the morgue. It doesn't really touch on it again, just matter of factly describes the hole in his face and moves onto the rest of the narrative.

I thought this was dismissed as a tabloid rumor a few years ago? Apparently true? Did I miss something?

 

We need another MJ thread like MJ neaded a hole in the middle of his face.

 

Did Michael Jackson "knead" the hole in his face? He certainly didn't "need" another procedure done anywhere near his nose.

 

Maybe one of the kids fought back and "kneed" a hole in his face?

 

Wasn't it a snap-on nose? I thought I read once that he had 7-8-10 different snap-on noses, depending on the occasion.

 

I think we can safely say that nobody nose for sure what the truth is.

 

If MJ had a prosthetic nose he should have found one that was actually shaped like a nose.

Actually, I guess this is still floating around because I saw a headline on it yesterday. Don't know if it was storified for a wire from RS, though.

 

I thought he only wore a fake nose as a disguise.

 

I used to always think that if someone ever punched Jackson, that his face would just break apart in pieces.

 

Anyone check to see where this guy was?
