I say we loan Chuck Norris to Mexico to clean up the cartels. In return they will get millions of out-of-work folks to finish erecting the Wall Across America.

Lou Dobbs and facts have a very shaky relationship.

Don't let the facts get in the way of a good ideological discussion right-wing rant.

Increase in Mexican meth trade is a direct result of the banning pseudo-ephedrine (sudafed) in the US without signing for it at the pharmacy - used to be over the counter and the drug of choice, not only in the NHL but for a lot of writers I know. It's a base drug for making meth, and until a few years ago you could go into a drug store and buy cases of the stuff. Walgreen, Kinney's, CVS and all the other chains made a fortune supplying manufacturers w/ sudafed

The oldest story in the "drug war" is the way "meth epidemic" stories get repeated every few years, and have been repeated every few years for thirty years. Economy goes in the tank, meth use goes up. There's the epidemic.
