I know he's talked about being a drunk, but this surprised me.
Anyway, I can't say I'm really a fan. Don't like the standup very much.
I liked @Midnight for a while but it had short entertainment shelf life for me.

Have occassionally listened to the podcast, but I gave it up after the Violent Femmes episode. He came off very much as a poser on that one. Haven't gone back since.

 

Is this #metoo? It didn't involve work or business except for forcing her to take a job and the allegation of sexual assault isn't clear cut at this time.

 

If you believe the accusation, he also had her blackballed for breaking up with him.

If her claim is false - it certainly appears dubious - this crazy bitch should be ostracized and jailed.

That is why I phrased it that way, if you believe her. I was just clarifying what I had read about the accusation.

At some point in all this, we were going to run into an accusation that turned out to be false. This could be one. Or perhaps there's a bit of truth and a bit of bullshit from both sides.
