Just got my 2008 Season ticket bill. The price of field box seats has doubled . Last year $125 - this year $250 per seat- $1000 per game.

I did not realize that I would be asked to assist in paying such a large share of A-rods salary

  2. You'll be getting an "update" if they sign Santana.

It's actually to fund his outings in Toronto.

  4. $270 million in one-dollar bills?

    $270 million Canadian. It's like a mere $260 American.

Was he the one who paid for all the Keith's guzzled during the SJ outing there? The group might have drunk the equivalent of Scott Boras' share of the pie ...

    They'll do it AGAIN.

    Happy Holidays.

And . . . oh? . . . Hank, don't be as big of an ass as your father. Know it comes naturally . . but . . . try.

It is not A-Rod's salary for which you are paying. It is supply and demand. The Yankees charge what they charge because someone will pay it.

A-Rod made $22 mil last year. His salary for this year did not double.

And the fact that it's the last year for the stadium probably has something to do with it.
