    What's an acceptable number of murders per 1,000 women, over a dowry? Is 0.9 a good number?

    Never said it was acceptable.

    The number I found shows that if I went to a local high school, one female at that school would be murdered over dowry if something similar was done in America.

    Perspective does not confirm or reject a premise; it makes it more tangible or clear to the reader.
