I hold in my hands a copy of the Washington Post. Exactly zero of those stories appear in it. All of the stories about this event identify Blago as a D in the first or second paragraph. You have no beef with the Washington Post. It's possible that you have a beef with washingtonpost.com, whose style rules might not be as stringent as the print edition.

either way, the reporting and editing was pretty sloppy, whether it's the first day, the second day or the 100th day, or whether it's the print edition or the web.

The reporting was not sloppy, unless you are disputing the facts in the story.

    Oh, Jesus.

Don't ask us to remove the speck from our eyes.

The board in front of your own is pretty thick.

That you're carrying on with this silly-ass argument proves it.

  7. So they were unbiased in their first-day coverage but in the vital second-day coverage, they were biased?
This is truly a discussion for people who play with their toes.

Here's my question Hondo, in the first link which you posted, you mention that Denny Hastert is identified by his party affiliation as evidence of media bias. Yet why didn't you bring up the fact that, in the very same sentence, Glenn Poshard is identified as a Democrat?

Well how come it doesn't make anyone mad when the Republicans call themselves GOPigs to hide from affiilation to Bush when they're trying to get elected?
