Memo to The NFL -- Enough With The Vinatge UNIs

It's hard to believe how many uni changes they've gone through recently, but have left the helmet unchanged since 1981.

 

And Baltimore stole a team from elsewhere. Baltimore Colts fans really have no room to continue bitching and playing the victim.

 

Where did the Colts play before Baltimore?

 

Less is more when it comes to the best unis, and I'm a bit biased, but my favorite unis are the Bears' all-white road duds.

 

The Bears do it right, they are simple and classy.

 

Just like me.

 

Given the shoestring most AFL teams operated on they probably picked white because it was cheaper.

Oh, Boom, why you have to hate the vintage unis? I have no problems with the teams wearing them once a year. In the case of the AFC since it's their 50th anniversary, I think they are cool because I've always been interested in what they wore pre-1970's.

 

We wear caps and sleeves at this level, son.

 

Love the vintage uniforms. Personally, I can't wait for the Buccaneers to bust out the creamsicle unis later this season, against the Packers, I believe.
