Yes, it's more litigation for Eddie Long Inc.

The church says all employees are aware of the policy that requires alleged victims of sexual to make their claims within 48 hours of the incident. This sort of thing couldn't withstand legal challenge in the U.S.A. at large, but is a church exempt from state and/or federal laws governing workplace conduct? I have no idea. Feel free to enlighten me.

Depends on how many employees said church has. IIRC, places with fewer than 15 employees don't fall under federal statute. I could be misremembering.

Whatever the case is here, Long better hope his operation is squeaky clean.

They are only exempt for religious discrimination claims, not all claims. That policy does not pass any smell test.

I thought Megadeth merged with Metal Church.
