  1. This is the best advice, except you need to go the certified letter route, not e-mail. If the insurance company put it on paper, that's hard evidence. Also, you need to contact a lawyer. Check out the legal aid services listing in your area. With that paper in your lawyer's hands, it's a slam dunk.
