Nothing like grilled cheese and tomato soup on a cold winters day.

How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?

Why not just eat a can of chick peas and save some money?

stuffed shells with spinach and ricotta or a veggie lasagna. simple, too.
grab a jar of indian masala sauce, add peas, make rice and get a frozen package or can of an indian side dish -- like chickpeas or potatos in an indian sauce.

    risottos are great, too.
a chinese-type stir fry with just veggies and veggie egg rolls/spring rolls work, too.

It gives me the perfect excuse to stop at the seafood market on the way to work and pick up some crabcakes and hushpuppies. Or, sometimes just the crabcakes. Holy shit are they good.

The Burger King fish sandwich used to be a staple of my Lenten diet. Now, Fridays are a day for spinach and mushroom pizzas.
I gave up booze for Lent...third year going. I kind of cheat and take my birthday and St. Patrick's Day as feast days. It's not that bad, although the biggest problem is friends acting strange about it. "Gee, you want to watch that game in a bar? I thought you would want to avoid a bar because you aren't drinking." Had one real obnoxious friend break out "There is no God! Go ahead and drink!"

If one was looking for a new friend, where might one find this individual?

Sorry, spup, if you refuse to eat seafood, I've no pity for you. Easy solution, and you blew it. 8)
