    Why would Huck believe that Romney has an edge right now? Wouldn't it be best to hammer MacCain?

    After Florida, I'd certainly consider McCain the leader. But McCain (for now) is broker than Huckabee is — believe it or not. Romney has virtually unlimited financial resources.

    McCain's financial straits will change in short order with his successes. But Romney will win his share of delegates on Super Tuesday. It's still a race.

    A Romney-McCain (or vice versa) ticket ain't happening. Which leaves Huck in the two-hole, if he can swing his might with the few delegates he has.

    Why would a governor want to preside over the Senate? Especially since governors seem to still on average have higher approval ratings than the snakes in the Senate pit.

    Oh, except Kennedy, who has 100 percent approval rating. Then again, Saddam also got 100 percent of the vote from his people too.
