McGwire (finally) admits steroid use.

His problem wasn't that he took steroids during the steroids era. Presumably hundreds of players did.

His problem (and Bonds' too) was that he was so successful.

 

How's that different than any other team in basesball?

In other news, the Mark McGwire Highway is shrinking from eight lanes to two.

 

This is news? I thought this information was in textbooks by now. I don't know why Mark bothered to admit it.

 

Because it's his only, desperate hope to get in the Hall of Fame?

 

This is too funny. I'm going to stop needling McGwire and the Cards.
