I thought he was a member of the Reefer Patrol.

I'm not sensing anything other than sobriety..... how I wish I could be him for one day.

He's not drunk. He's just dumb.

    Dumb or no
    Drunk or stoned

I would still take him over Kornheiser.

Only if he wanted to howl at the moon.

    (Then again, he might.)

If you ever get the opportunity to spend a little time around McConaughey, I highly recommend it.

The guy takes nothing seriously, most of all himself. He's goofy, he's a little short on brain cells and he can carry on a conversation with pretty much anybody (watched him talk to a Daytona speedway security guard for 10 minutes, just because). He's also one of the top five nicest celebs I've ever encountered.
