    When Stewart has more respect for facts than O'Reilly ever did, you know Loofah Boy jumped into the shit with both feet, long ago.

    Stewart = comedian
    O'Riley = supposed news guy

    Comedy Central = not really a news channel
    Fox News = shit, nevermind.

    When he formally announced his candidacy today, even the people paid to clap didn't seem enthused. Sad. This was the guy who was going to move mountains in 2000.

    Just for the hell of it, I thought I'd take a page out of Boom's playbook and post some old quotes in a thread that has little do with the subject at hand.

    "Mr. President, can anyone seriously argue that another six months of United States forces in harm’s way means the difference between peace and prosperity and war there? Is that very dim prospect worth one more American life? No, it is not.”

    -- John McCain (R-Arizona) in a speech directed at Clinton on the subject of Somalia, Oct 14, 1993.

    He's a great man, a true war hero... Unfortunately, 2000 was probably his only realistic chance to get elected...
