Not really... someone DID write it. Someone with much more of a pulpit than I have here.

Only some "activist judges" on the Supreme Court would rule in McCain's favor. Those "strict constructionists" he yammers about would, if consistent with their beliefs, have to rule against him.

    WRONG!
Any person born anywhere in the world to two parents who are US citizens, it a US citizen by birth. That would be the strict interpretation of "natural-born citizen." Nowhere does it say you must be born in the US

At the time of Mr. McCain's birth, the Panama Canal Zone was legally considered an unincorporated organized American territory, the same status Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands have today; also, both his parents were American citizens. Therefore, Mr. McCain was an American citizen upon his birth, thus satisfying the Constitutional requirement.

It's garbage like this story that make me loathe the presidential election season.

I think it would be good. If we got tired of him, we could just blast some heavy metal music at the White House until he left office.

Why the rhubarb? George Washington wasn't born in the United States either.

Rhubarb.... now there's an old-fashioned, classic word.

    Nicely done.
