Looks like we're pretty clearly into needs-a-knockout time for Hatton. To the 9th.

Through 9. Mayweather's turning this into a rout.

Video has switched to HBO. They've got it 86-84 Mayweather.

Hatton down after a left hook. Gets up.

Isn't it over? I think Hatton lost by TKO.

KO 1 was the left hook that drove him into the ringpost.
KO 2 was a left hook and a straight right. Ref pulls Mayweather away as Hatton crumbles.

Glad I didn't pay $50+ to see that.

    Thank you Sopcast!

MGM Grand. I'm sure HBO will have it at some point this week.

Saw the fight at a sports bar.

Hatton drug Mayweather into the ropes as much as possible, swinging like a bull in a china shop, but didn't connect for shit.

As much as I wanted Hitman to win, Mayweather fought a hell of a tactical fight. I'd love to see a rematch.

The undercard was about as shitty of a lead-up as I've ever seen. One of the worst in memory.

The HBO guys had Hatton leading through five rounds. It was funny, the place I saw it at (a big sports bar/arcade) had a big Mayweather crowd (and I thought everybody hated him).
From a competitive standpoint, I'd like to see Mayweather fight Paul Williams next, but nobody knows who he is and there's not enough money there to make it worthwhile for Floyd.
Cotto has a weak chin and would be an easier fight for Mayweather, but it would pay the most, especially if it's in New York.
