    Yeesh. Wonder what his excuse will be this time. I think he should go the Floyd Landis rout and say he has naturally high amounts of meth in his system.

    Updated version reports there's an affidavit from his stepmother who claims to have personally witnessed him using "at least 30 times over seven years."

    July 6? That was after his no-show at Daytona. Would he have still been subject to NASCAR's testing? What are the rules on that?
