    A lot of what is attributed here to the Senate committee comes from the fertile brain of Pat (The Watercarrier) Roberts. The former assertion, for example, about Plame's suggesting Wilson, came from one CIA employee, and was not asserted as fact in the final report. The LA Times later reported the following:
    "A senior intelligence official said the CIA supports Wilson's version: ``Her bosses say she did not initiate the idea of her husband going. . . . They asked her if he'd be willing to go, and she said yes,'' the official said"

    Keep enough fog in the air and people eventually give up. She was outed as payback against her husband. Period. That happened. There's no other reason to give her name out to Novak, or to peddle it generally.
