    Just as an aside, in my six years as a sportswriter, Josh Howard was among my favorite guys to talk to. Not terribly interesting, but just a genuine, humble person.

    Howard makes Cuban sound like Albert Einstein.

    Just because you spend 4 years in college, it doesn't necessarily equate to being smart when you open up your mouth.

    The irony is that, IIRC, Wake got beat in the first round to either Navy or Air Force (one of the military schools), after he popped off about the pending invasion of Iraq in '03. He looked like shit in that first round game.

    Good player, but not the brightest bulb in the world, despite a Wake Forest education.
