I'll start the HOF thread.

 

I don't know Eli Saslow from Adam. I know a lot of people here do. I'm not one of them.

But I'll say this: When I see that dude's byline on a sports story, I don't want to read it. Because I know I'll hate myself for not being that good.

 

Not a fan.

 

#1 pick in the draft. How many people have done that? He's a star.

 

My first instinct is that I'm glad he seems to be making an attempt at rehabilitation.

That said, I can fully understand those who say he's used up his chances.

Sorry. Doesn't pass the eye test for me.
I suppose he deserves a chance after serving his punishment but has to be tough for the guy he nearly killed who I believe is still suffering serious effects.

 

His dad is employed by the Rangers as his babysitter. That will work out well.

 

The story said they wanted the dad to travel with him and stay in hotels as the family's expense. Maybe they're paying him on the side, but the story didn't say it.

 

Guess the Rangers' front office is getting smarter. Didn't the Rangers employ a babysitter for Hamilton?
