    Jeebus;

    The defending champ at 50/1.

    I wouldn't mind Scott at 28/1.

    Justin Rose, K.J. Choi or Luke Donald at 40-1 might be worth a $5 bet in Vegas. Nice $200 payoff if one comes through. I remember kicking myself for only putting $10 on Tiger in '97 when he was 10-1.

    Would anybody be interested in a pool? If enough are, I can get started working on it tonight.

    I was all over Furyk in last year's open, at a great price, but he fumbled it late and lost it by a stroke. He'd have to be dead solid perfect to win at Augusta, and the course is still too damn long.

    I'd be in.

  7. BTW: How did Davis Love III get into the Masters?
    I recall reading something last week that he had to win last week's Zurich Open(?) to continue his consecutive majors streak? I know he didn't ye he's been given odds on winning.
    Did the Masters folk feel sorry for him and grant him an exemption?

    He is not in the field. The odds I posted were as of April 1, which was before last weekend's tournaments. Perhaps they were posted on the assumption he would qualify. I imagine the odds will be updated tomorrow.

    I'll start working on player pools. But if it's just the 3 of us, then we're ditching golf and playing no limit hold 'em.

    How does the pool work? You just get assigned a random golfer or what?
