I'm predicting a candlelight vigil, ribbons, and hash tags.

15 dead doesn't trump my gun rights.

Yep. That's what we've decided. I'm practically numb to it at this point.

Just saw a report that says the shooter has been detained.

It may even spark another national conversation.

So who'll be the first this time to get chastised and called an awful person by Mr. Sunshine, AQB or one of their ilk for daring to mention the well-strapped and loaded pink elephant in the room?

By god, it's only appropriate to mourn now. Yellow ribbons, candles, meaningless gestures ...all cool. Just don't dare discuss cause ...you know, "too early" and all that...

Generally speaking, the national conversation can't begin until the week of robust gun sales has ended.

What conversation is there to be had? It's over.
