    This type of attack doesn't fit the profile. Iranians are overwhelmingly Shia, while Al Qaeda and ISIS are Sunni.

    Could be this guy was a convert to Sunni Islam and was radicalized. Or Iran-backed terror groups like Hezbollah are taking a new tack and going after targets on European soil, which is extremely rare. Or maybe he's just the proverbial "lone nut" who twisted off.

    Either way, plenty of questions to be answered.

    Based on the video I saw on CNN of the guy ranting, I'm going to go out on a limb and say he was mentally disturbed and had access to a gun.

    Can you make a fact-based argument that it was terrorism?

    And, by fact-based, I mean evidence that goes beyond "well, he was muslim, therefore..."
