Is there a way or a program that does this?

I'm not up to anything illegal or hiding what I do at work.

    But I am curious.

PM me and I'll explain why and what I need.

No explanation needed. There are many times I wish I could do it.

I used one of those "maskmyip" services to get around mlb.tv's blackout restrictions last year. Worked like a charm. But I had to pay for it.

I did that for a while, but I was using anonymous proxies. You go to a web site that lists a bunch of proxy servers, and you plug it in on the Explorer tools window. It worked some of the time to get around the mlb.tv restrictions, but the problem was the connection ended up being too slow, since it was connecting through Peru or something.

This is why I want it, actually. To watch out of market stuff.
