He might be better after this. He's done gotten a lot of crud sucked out of him.

  5. Yes, Mariotti is a prick. I know that all too well.

But I wish him good health anyway.

The fun thing with Mariotti is this: Tape his TV shit, play it back on fast-forward without sound, and just watch as his hands fly all over the place.

If I were a space alien, I would say: What is this blathering humanoid with all the flying fingers?

I think Mariotti is pretty good, on some levels. Too loud and proud, sometimes (and often), but although I don't particularly like him, I always look up and see what he has to say.

Once in a while he makes a really good point.

should have left bruh's inspired post alone.

  7. I sat next to Mariotti in the Masters press building for about four years, and he always treated me with class and respect even though I worked for a much smaller paper. 99 percent of the people on this site have never met him, never been at the same event with him, never been in the same state with him. Not even heart surgery can deter the jackals. All hopes for a full recovery.

Bear ZERO ill will to JM, physically. May he live long.

    Professionally, he remains a travesty.

Yes, I am sure Jay is crying himself to sleep. He will require years of therapy. But with the patience and understanding of those close to him, he might smile one day, years from now.
