    Ohio State did the same thing with Miller. He was cleared too.

    Maybe they were worried Manziel wouldn't wilt under hard questioning. If anything, Manziel might be proud of trying to get one over on the NCAA.

    If he stalled and stalled, and Texas A&M, worried about benching him, decided to play him, Manziel would get his season, leave for the NFL, and not give a damn if A&M had to vacate wins. For him, it's about the money.
