A 22-year-old Maine man put a fireworks mortar on his head and set it off.
    It didn't end well.
Story is unclear if it blew his head off, burned a hole through his skull, or broke his neck when it launched, but in any event ... he dead.

Only surprise is that neither incident happened in Florida, though I guess Jason Pierre-Paul made up for that.
