I'm sure some sob story about how he "didn't really mean it" will be emerging momentarily.

Can't say I'm stunned on him getting fired. A small piece of what he had coming to him.

An adult shoved my then 4-year-old son while in line at a waterpark. He thought my son was cutting in line when he was actually trying to catch up to my wife, who was a few people ahead. I had the guy up against the fence with my forearm just below his throat when security escorted the guy from the park. I was lucky in that everybody in line quickly told security that the guy (who was drunk) had pushed my kid.

It's not macho bullshit. It's your kid.

I hope racist airplane baby slapper didn't have a golden parachute -- or a parachute of any kind.

I get pissed when kids try to cut in line at an amusement park in front of my kids. Can't imagine how pissed I would get if a someone hit them.

Mostly I meant macho bs by saying "I woulda done this, if that happened to me" on a message board. I'm pretty confident most of us would act that way, just didn't want to seem like I was bragging about my "toughness."

I would let my own toddler handle the abusive racist. Kids gotta learn sometime.
