    Lots of people in South Carolina, who are at least 18 years old, really cottoned to a vivacious man whose love of women knows no boundaries.

    And because they like him so much they gave him the support he needs to move to the nation's capital to earn a big paycheck at a job designed to serve their best interests at heart.
