Man exonerated after 35 years in prison

    Yeah, I was pretty shocked that someone would say that. I shouldn't have said friend, we only had one class together in college.

    I do use the term friend rather loosely.

    And upon his sentencing 35 years ago, superdads no doubt were saying, "If that was MY son, the bastard would never have lived to see his day in court."

    You've had the evidence for two decades. Why did his appeals for DNA testing keep getting thrown out?
