Authorities are investigating whether alcohol was involved.

A Norfolk Southern officer said, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years, and it seems like drunks tend to gravitate toward the railroad tracks and they end up going to sleep and we run over them.”

    Yikes.

I've already heard from my coworker who lives in Douglasville, so I'm relieved.
