I'm going to Vegas this weekend for our annual "guy's" trip. For us, it revolves mainly around alcohol and sportsbooks.

Also, I usually give a couple bucks to the SportsJournalists.com fund a couple times a year.. But this time, instead of just donating $15, I thought that maybe our esteemed members can contribute their best football picks for this weekend, and I will make a three-game parlay, with the proceeds ($90, 6:1 odds plus the original bet) going to SportsJournalists.com donation.

What are your best football picks for this weekend to help out SportsJournalists.com?

I don't see any sure-thing lines for Week 5 (two of the games haven't been released yet).
That said, if I had a gun to my head, here are the three lines I like the most.

    Kansas City -3 @ Arizona
    New England -9.5 vs. Miami
    NYG -4 vs. Washington

Anybody else? Is the fate of Webby going to go strictly on Sobchak's picks? :D

The New England spread smells of a trap. Maybe I'm wrong, but New England played out its ass last week, and Miami has to show something. Not saying the Phins win, but I think it'll be closer than 9.5.

Okay, I'm going to go with KC and Philly.

Someone throw out their best college pick. No game earlier than 11:00 am Vegas time.

College game: West Virginia spotting only 24 to Mississippi State in Starkville.

They'll have 24 by the end of the first quarter.

    Alright.

    KC -3
    Philly -2.5
    WVU -24

Betting three chalks. Good luck to Webby.

Penn State is only -3 at Minnesota, I think they'll cover that...although it does start at 9, LV time.

Also, see what the card has S. Carolina-Kentucky at. Opened with USC only a 3 pt. fave...line's already up to 6.5-7. That one's worth a look.
