The luncheon meat that everyone is talking about has about has much to do with meat as Kraft cheese has o do with cheese.

We were at breakfast yesterday and I ordered ham with my eggs. It wasn't ham, it was the ham version of Chicken McNuggets, slimy, fatty and inedible.

If you know a deli who makes their own charcuturie like Montreal smoked meat, pastrami, summer sausages, kielbassa pates, etc, you'll never go back to crappy industrial processed luncheon meat again.

PB&J and grilled cheese are two of my favourite sandwiches. PB & banana is awesome too

Back in the day in the Maritimes, lobster was the poor man's food. You would be embarrassed if you went to school with lobster sandwiches in your lunch bag.

IJAG, you drop the lobster in boiling water, let it cook for eleven or twelve minutes, then take it out.

Get a big pot of boiling water.

    Add Lobster.

Let cook for 10 minutes or so until the lobster turns bright red.

    Take lobster out and chill.

After that, you can either crack it and eat it or let it cool, crack it and pull the meat out and do something with it (salad, etc.).

There's a Publix not too far. I had one of their sammiches. It was gross. All bread, no meat. Pointless to pay for it.

Regarding Kate Upton, that doesn't narrow it down much.

Carved fresh, does this count as "lunch meat" to you haters? My Son The Machine killed this thing - this is only half of it.
