I posted here in April and had some luck and found a couple of freelancers.

So, with the start of the new year coming up, I'm looking for freelancers to write future articles for PVA Publications, an official part of the nonprofit Paralyzed Veterans of America. We produce two national magazines: PN, a monthly health, issues and lifestyle publication for veterans and others with spinal-cord injury or disease and Sports’ N Spokes, a bimonthly publication covering wheelchair sports and recreation.

Pay runs from $50 to $150 on articles that range from 500 to 1,200 words. Contributors will be expected to interview multiple sources, take photos and/or secure high-resolution photos from interviewees and hit deadline. Basically, we're looking for people who can write features on news/issues affecting paralyzed veterans or on adaptive sports, profiles or technology updates.

If any of that sounds interesting to you, please contact John Groth, editorial coordinator, at john@pvamag.com. If you want to learn more about us, check out pvamag.com, sportsnspokes.com and pva.org.

Additionally, when sending clips, please send actual links and clips - not text copied and pasted to a Microsoft Word or text document. Thanks.
