    If there was an uglier woman on TV in the late '70s through the mid '80s, I'm not sure who it was.

    Maude? And Bonnie Franlklin was no Valerie Bertinelli either.

    And yeah, John Phillips was pretty much a waste of life. Terrible person.

    How about Robert Downey Jr. saying his father introduced him to drugs (marijuana, specifically) -- at age 8? Though to be fair, Robert Downey Sr. has very much publicly beat himself over his own drug use and how he drew his son into it.

    I always thought that for a TV sitcom mom, Bonnie Franklin looked pretty darn good on that show, especially when it was cold on the set.

    I'm continually amazed by the people who get arrested with drugs at the airport.

    "I have several grams of illicit drugs in my pocket, what should I do? I know! I'll go to the place with all the X-Ray machines and the most security this side of an army base!"
