    Apparently there are many recorded cases of BACs over 1.00, but still, that is drunk as shit.

    0.4 is generally considered lethal.

    He played at about 250. Figure he's around that now -- guessing if he is drinking like that he is not a big workout fanatic.

    How many drinks is that? It has to be at least 20.
