    Correct. Just like "arrested for first-degree murder." That's the charge.

    Interesting timing. LA girl waits until he’s no longer employed by the hometown team? I’m sure this was in the works for weeks, but the timing of the suit is intriguing.

    The complaint alludes to other potential witnesses, otherwise offers no evidence to support the story.

    I'm all for taking such complaints seriously, but at some point there needs to be evidence.

    Walton should apologise, settle the lawsuit for mid six figures, resign from the NBA and take a year coaching Podunk State.

    One of my former desk chiefs would let out a loud "OUCH" whenever someone wrote a headline with PROBE in it.
