    A couple of my coworkers are Muslim. They fasted during Ramadan, doing the job that we do, which is very physical, I can't imagine going a long period without eating or drinking.

    My god, tell me you're kidding. Please tell me that a driver in a sport that caters to Blue Collar America didn't tell you he was from Blue Collar America, so you just took him at his word. Please?

    That being said, El Cajon isn't as well off as I had assumed it was.

    Also, are you really comparing the threat of extremist Catholics in the 21st century with that of the threat of extremist Islam?

    Being tolerant is one thing. Being purposefully ignorant is quite another.
