Luke Russert wonders what's the big deal.

Luke's is not anything resembling a bootstrap career, at this point, but his game's improved, and damned if I'm going to knock his act, at this juncture.

Journalism board....nah. Heck, when it comes to loopy, we may just have to create a whole 'nother category.

I wonder if Lupica is proud of Zack for earning everything he ever got.

Plus a couple of others, long in ego, tall in selfimportance and small in stature

When Zack got cut from his travel basketball team Lupy started his own and then wrote a fictional book about the whole thing. Still a lot of wounds in town over the whole affair.

Luke had a lot handed to him, but he's not bad.

And, he doesn't come across as a spoiled brat.

Joe Buck chafes at those implications.

Joe Buck bothers me more every year. That's a problem.

Luke Russert gets better. His biggest problem is that he treats every anchor like they're his frat buddy. He's a little too familiar.

But, I honestly think he's pretty good.

I consider myself a fan of his dad. I wouldn't say I was upset with Luke's hiring, but I didn't think it was justified.

He's done well. Good for him.

Next Thursday? He'd better be done yapping by 9 p.m. If he pre-empts Big Brother, I'ma be pissed.

Give Buck credit for having admitted he's not the least bit self-made.

If we could get a few politicians to do this it would be a start.

    Don't we know it.

Thank Frank Thomas for the volume control.
