    advil pm works well and it's not supposed to be habit forming. of course i'm thinking it's time for a trip to the doc for a scrip of xanax because in addition to insomnia, i suffer from anxiety attacks, especially when the colder weather comes in.

    Room-darkening drapes and a memory foam mattress. Worth every penny you'll spend on them.
